Crowns/Bridges

Dental Crowns help strengthen and protect weak, cracked, decayed, and worn teeth. Crowns cover the entire tooth and offer an additional cosmetic benefit. Crowns can be fabricated from a variety of different materials and precious metals which is determined based on each patient’s individual needs. Our doctors and Friendship Dental laboratory technicians will determine which type of crown best suits your individual needs.

Although we highly recommend dental implants over a dental bridge to preserve adjacent teeth sometimes a patient is just not a good candidate for an implant(s) or need to replace an existing older bridge. If this is the case a patient may want to consider the option of a dental bridge. A dental bridge replaces missing teeth by anchoring onto adjacent teeth in the mouth. Dental bridges are usually made of porcelain, are permanent, and non-removable. Dental bridges can replace a single tooth or multiple teeth depending on the patients needs.
